Stephanie Burton

Stephanie has handled civil litigation cases for 27 years. Stephanie has tried more than 50 civil cases in state and federal courts in South Carolina, including complex multi-party high stakes cases. Stephanie has handled cases in counties throughout South Carolina. Given her significant experience as a trial attorney who actually tries cases, she understands and can provide advice about the unique features of South Carolina, potential South Carolina juries, common local practices, and the court system. Stephanie has experience serving as local counsel in cases including construction, commercial, and employment matters.
